National Child Welfare Workforce Institute
The University at Albany's School of Social Welfare is the lead for the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute (NCWWI), established to support the workforce in public, private, and tribal child welfare systems through leadership development.

The institute is a partnership between SUNY Albany and the universities of Denver, Fordham, Iowa, Michigan State, Michigan, North Carolina and Southern Maine, and the National Indian Child Welfare Association.
